You agree to: maintain the security of your user identification, password and other confidential information relating to your Final Touch Model/ The Real Latoya Scott account; be responsible for all charges resulting from use of your account, including unauthorized use prior to your notifying Latoya Scott in writing of such use and taking steps to prevent its further occurrence by changing your password; comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein; and comply with all applicable U.S. and international laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, contracts and applicable licenses regarding your use of the Services or Final Touch Models/The Real Latoya Scott.

The entire contents of The Real Latoya Scott are copyrighted as a collective work under the laws of the United States and other copyright laws. The Real Latoya Scott holds the copyright in the collective work.

The collective work includes works that are the property of the Information Providers which are also protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download portions of the material from the different areas of The Real Latoya Scott solely for your own non-commercial use, unless otherwise permitted.

Any redistribution retransmission or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright owner.

You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from Final Touch Models/The Real Latoya Scott. You may not use any Final Touch Models/The Real Latoya Scott logo or any other proprietary graphic or trademark without The Company's express written permission. Membership to Final Touch Models/The Real Latoya Scott is non-refundable and is available on a month-to-month or annual basis, with automatic renewal. Either you or Latoya Scott may terminate your right to use The Business Consulting Program at any time.
